Most orders ship within 48 hours of being placed. We ship everything via USPS. Note some orders can take up to two weeks to be processed and/or shipped. Certain parts of the world can take longer. 

All shipments are sent with a tracking number for your reference. We are not responsible for lost items, stolen packages, or incorrect shipping addresses. Please check your order carefully before purchasing.

• Delivery Time: 8-10 Business Days

INTERNATIONAL  

• Rate: $45 or Free On Orders Over $300
• Delivery Time: 10-12 Business Days
   

International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/DPO/FPO addresses, and Russia.

No taxes and additional duties will be applied to your order upon checkout. Please refer to your country's local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs and other fees. ZERO-LA, LLC holds no responsibility for fees that are subjected by international authorities.
